1. How do I get in touch with you?

You can email us on order@woold.com.au.

We check our email daily and will get back to you as soon as we can! 

2. How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place the order online or via email and pay the deposit, we will source the material and start building it straight away. Some materials and rare wood may take longer to source or import. Please discuss with us when you need the items by and we’ll keep you updated with the timeline. 

3. What if I want to change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with the change request. Once we place the order for the wood or cut the material, we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to change your order without incurring an additional cost. 

4. Do you offer warranty on your products?

We cannot offer warranty on damages from wear and tear. However, contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will try our best to fix the item.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Generally no. However, depending on the size of the product you order and how many items you purchase, we may be able to provide you with free shipping!

6. What if the product arrive damaged?

Please email us photos of the damaged product as soon as you receive it and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

7. Where do you source your materials?

 We love supporting small and local businesses. We source 99% of our materials from Australia and only get them from elsewhere when we can’t find it locally. We also use reclaimed timber where possible to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
